          I am fully licensed in the state of Alabama and licensed as a telehealth provider in the state of Florida. For information on Florida

Do you accept insurance?
          I do not accept insurance for my services, but can provide you with a superbill that you can turn in to your insurance company for   
          reimbursement. I do accept FSA and HSA credit cards. I also offer a sliding fee scale for those who request it.

How much do you charge?
           $150 per hour for individuals.
           $175 per hour for couples and families.

Cancellation Policy
          To cancel an appointment, you must contact me 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Unless there is an emergency or 
          sudden illness, you will be charged full price for any missed appointment not cancelled within the 24 hour time frame.

What should I do if I have a mental health emergency?
           If you have an emergency, please go the nearest emergency room or call the local crisis hotline at 205-323-7777 or the National Hotline               at 1-800-273-8255.
