Hello, It's nice to meet you!
I am a licensed clinical social worker in private practice with more than 25 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families. I believe that meaningful change begins with a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship, and I strive to create a warm, compassionate environment where clients feel seen, heard, and supported.
My practice is grounded in trauma informed attachment theory and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I work with couples experiencing conflict, disconnection, and the effects of trauma, as well as individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and attachment wounds. My goal is to help clients develop more secure relationships, heal from past experiences, and create lasting emotional change.
Outside of my practice, I have been married for more than 30 years and have two adult sons. I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring new places through travel, and expressing my creativity through painting. A good book and a walk with my dog, Bear, are some of my favorite ways to recharge.
